With my home personal training service, there's no more worrying about childcare or getting stuck in traffic on the way to the gym making you late for work or dinner. I will come right to your home and help you get started on your path toward better health and performance. You don't need anything special—just some room to stretch and move around freely, as well as a place where I can set up my equipment (which will be provided). A garden or park is beautiful in the summer.
