Iona is a Personal Trainer and Athlete Performance Coach. Working internationally with everyone from professional athletes to complete beginners to exercise, Iona is passionate about educating people in both the physical and mental benefits of resistance training.

Iona has spoken at fitness events and expos across the UK, Europe and Australasia, has taught for companies including Gymshark, and been coaching sports and fitness for over 13 years. She also runs industry courses to get others qualified as personal trainers and gym instructors, holds a PGDip in Sports Performance Coaching, and owns her own health and fitness company.

Iona helps both female and male clients achieve their goals, develop and change the way they feel, the way they think, and the way they train. Whether those goals are toning up, losing weight, building muscle or improving sporting performance, she has the resources and experience to make it happen - whether at home or in the gym. And most importantly - the process should be fun!
