My order tracking is not working / updating

If your order has not arrived you can do the following:

(1) Check the shipping times below and calculate when your order should arrive.

Please note business days are Monday to Friday.

United Kingdom:

For all UK deliveries MADFITT uses Royal Mail 1st Class which will deliver your parcel in 2 working days.

 Deliveries are made by Royal Mail, Monday to Saturday.

 Please note that this excludes bank holidays.

(2) Check our shipping information pages for any updates regarding possible delays:

(3) If more days have passed then you can:

- Check with your neighbours.

- Go to your local post office/depot as if it was undelivered they will be holding your parcel. Your courier may have forgotten to leave a missed delivery card.

- Call your courier company to organise a re-delivery or to solve any issues. Unfortunately, we cannot do this on your behalf as the parcel is yours.

- Check the address on the order as you may have inputted the wrong address. If your address was incorrect then your parcel may be returned to us after delivery fails at which point we can refund you for the cost of the items you have ordered.
